Refund Policy

At BenedestX, we understand that travel plans can change.
Our goal is to make adjustments as easy and transparent as possible while supporting the small businesses and partners we work with.
1. Guest-Initiated Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking:

48 hours or more before your experience: You may receive a full refund or choose to reschedule.

24–48 hours before your experience: You may receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future experience.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: Non-refundable, as vendors have already prepared your booking.
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to hello@benedestx.com with your name, booking details, and reason for cancellation.
2. Vendor or BenedestX-Initiated Cancellations
If an experience is canceled by a vendor or by BenedestX due to unforeseen circumstances:

You will receive a full refund or may opt for credit toward a future experience of equal value.

We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and assist with rebooking if desired.
3. Weather, Safety & Unforeseen Events
If an experience cannot proceed due to unsafe weather conditions, venue closures, or other events beyond our control:

BenedestX will work with vendors to reschedule your experience or issue credit/refund options on a case-by-case basis.

Your safety and comfort remain our top priority.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you paid through a partner platform (e.g., Wix, Stripe, or a third-party vendor), their processing times may vary.
5. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual.

Experiences involving special events, ticketed admissions, or limited-availability vendors may have stricter cancellation terms, which will be stated at the time of booking.
6. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled experience.
Late arrivals may reduce participation time and may not be eligible for partial refunds.
